Affiliate Disclosure

Some product pages on this site include affiliate links. If you buy through those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Affiliate links do not decide the page boundary. Service pages do not carry affiliate links. Product pages must show a disclosure before the first affiliate link and must use the site's affiliate link component.

Product recommendations are based on the published desk-research criteria in the relevant guide. Product specs and prices must trace to the product claim manifest before they appear in copy.

Affiliate links are identified on-page through a visible disclosure block and a sponsored link relationship. The disclosure appears before the first affiliate link on a product page. The link opens the retailer or product source in a new tab.

The current pilot can include Amazon Associates style links, although an empty affiliate tag renders as a plain disclosed retailer link. The site never inserts a fake tag, hidden redirect or undisclosed paid placement.

The operator is based in Australia, while this pilot targets US homeowners. The disclosure is written to respect both FTC material-connection expectations and the operator's need to avoid misleading affiliate presentation. If a product page earns a commission, the reader should be able to see that before clicking.

Affiliate availability, retailer price and stock can change. A product page should be treated as a research starting point, not a guarantee of current price, availability, suitability or installation compatibility.
